Our check in was the only trouble we got, because the receptionist told us that breakfast was not included, and clearly, we booked with breakfast included. Because we checked in late at night, they told us to wait until the morning to talk to the reservations manager, Ms. Cherylin Lawag. "I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion.
