Adventure Sport Hotels in Africa from AU$135

Four Seasons never disappoints and once again they made this vacation spectacular. The real gem of this resort are the staff. From the restaurant manager to the assistant resort manager to the simple waiter, room service, anyone is just the nicest, they make you feel always so comfortable and they try always their best to help you out in any possible way. The island is private, the resort sits on one side but occupies a pretty good area or it. I just want to say if you stay here you will not...

We had the most amazing time at Motswari — truly unforgettable! Every moment was special. All the meals were excellent, with breakfast and dinner set in different beautiful locations each day, which kept things exciting. Our guide and tracker, Owen and George, were outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable and made sure each drive felt unique. We were lucky enough to see the Big 5 within our first two drives, and got incredibly close to the animals. Elephants and giraffes even wandered right past...

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The guest relations team especially went above and beyond to ensure we had a great honeymoon. The resort is not cheap, but i believe to be worth the money. So save your pennies before you arrive so you can really enjoy your stay! The food is to die for! I cannot recommend a night at the floating bar and restaurant enough. Truly an enjoyable, one of a kind experience.

Absolutely love our 3 night stay. Breakfast is amazing. Very well maintained property. A bit pricey dinners though

great accomodation with very good service

Super nice place. Great staff, can’t wait to come back with the kids.

The most comfortable luxury hotel in a great city location with staff as helpful and friendly as I had ever experienced.

We loved our stay at Crowne Plaza. We were initially booked for 4 nights and then extended a further 3. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend the Armenian restaurant they have on site called Mayrig.

Well mannered

Probably our tenth stay at the hotel. Wonderful staff, many of whom have been there over the years and recognise us which makes it feel like "home away from home" for us. Incredible setting and very difficult to beat the magnificent pool area with Table Mountain as the backdrop. Ideal location in Cape Town as so central to everything, and extremely relaxing as away from the tourists and noise of other locations. Extremely secure and safe. The best breakfast at any hotel I have stayed at...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this elegant, tranquil hotel. The common areas and gardens are expansive, beautifully maintained, and a comfortable retreat, but undoubtedly the best feature was the room we stayed in. This was huge, with a generous bathroom, full walk-in robe, living area, and wonderful king-size bed. Its only minor faults were a poor internet connection and poor TV reception (the set is antiquated). The view across Knysna lagoon towards the Heads is magnificent and we were...

This is a beautifully presented private hotel. It's located 7kms from the town centre which is good from a privacy factor but you need to travel to see the whales from the rocks which is the best onshore Viewing location. Our big regret was that we didn't book a second night as we felt we could really unwind and enjoy the Hermanus experience more. Linda (GM) was excellent to deal with. Very professional and helpful. Breakfast was amazing ... Wonderful food, presentation and setting. Room...

WOW Wish I could afford to stay at One &Only more often. LOVED EVERYTHING from check-in to check-out
