Southern Sunset Located on Harbor, Beach Access, Heart of Destin

  • Southern Sunset is a beautiful 2 bed/2 bath townhome located right on the world-famous Destin Harbor. This townhome comfortably sleeps 8 with its King, Queen, Twin/Twin bunkbeds and sofa sleeper in the Florida room. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the private back patio or walk down to the nearby beach access. There is also access to a 10ft boat dock. You can also get picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to take a boat ride over to HarborWalk Village, which includes the World Famous AJs Seafood and Oyster Bar! 

    The layout consists of a master King bedroom and a Queen bedroom upstairs, downstairs is a large, spacious dining room with a sleeper sofa layout and open concept kitchen. Connected is a Florida room with a sofa bed sleeper and twin/twin bunkbed setup. Lastly, enjoy some serene views of the Harbor from the private patio with outside seating.

Very old. Lots of things didn’t work like the microwave. Everything creaked. Raccoon in ceiling kept us up all nights every night. No one came to help
