The Space:

Solstice features a spacious main house paired with a charming carriage house, connected by a private outdoor living area and chlorine pool. Whether you're vacationing with multiple families, grandparents, or a large group of friends, everyone can enjoy gathering together while still having plenty of space to spread out.



Offered Amenities:

A 6-passenger golf cart INCLUDED, drivers age 25+ permitted to drive, all others can ride!

Private pool (heated with additional fee of $350 for up to 7 days)

Outdoor propane grill, with propane provided

Mini putting green for a little extra fun!

Mini outdoor Connect 4 game

Spacious patio for relaxing and entertaining

Short walk to the beach

Parking for up to 5 vehicles

One of Solstice's unique features is its thoughtfully themed bedrooms, each inspired by Florida's coastal lifestyle. Step inside and you'll immediately feel the relaxed coastal atmosphere. Every room has been carefully designed to celebrate the charm of the Emerald Coast while providing all the comforts of home. The open living spaces make it easy for everyone to gather after a day at the beach, while the outdoor amenities create the perfect setting for making lifelong vacation memories.

Getting Around:

The 6-passenger golf cart makes getting to the beach and nearby restaurants incredibly convenient.



Most attractions are only a short drive away, and Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Destin. Walking to the beach is often easier than searching for parking during the busy season.



Other Things to Note:

Solstice is pet-friendly! Bring up to two dogs with payment of the $200 pet fee prior to arrival.

Golf cart drivers must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid driver's license and insurance on the provided waiver.
