"Hot tub was cold "

"Breakfast was waffles, biscuits and gravy, bagels/toast, sausage, coffee/juice & muffins. Basic but really nice it’s free. We had the handicap room. Spacious and towels were nice. She’s/s could use an update. Overall for price, excellent and all staff were so nice! Pool is not heated but looks very nice (we did not use it). Area is excellent close to Boardwalk, always felt safe. "

"Ocean was visible, nice view. Pet friendly atmosphere for sure. Only complaint is to keep doggie trash can emptied regularly, and be sure there are bags available. Minor complaint as we always carry bags in case."

"Called to ask for early check in and it was approved by front desk.Front staff saw I was on crutches and I explained I was here for medical recovery overnight and I needed to rest that I could not drive I was dropped off by Uber. Told to go around to backside, there was no step free access or ADA parking and I had to navigate through two heavy closed doors. Staff knocked on door multiple times despite the do not disturb sign on door and then called my room multiple times. I called front desk reminded them I had approved check in early by front desk. Manger forgot and staff attempted to bully me out of the room so they could deep clean carpets. Refused and reminded them I was there for medical recovery. Overall just horrible I didn’t get the rest I needed to. No manager available in the morning and couldn’t get a receipt. Avoid this location. "
