Chateau La Mer II Tradewinds # 703

Chateau La Mer II Condo 703 is a very nice one bedroom, one bath on the second floor. Warm wood floors, large flat screen tv, open kitchen with granite counters.

The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan will give you a spacious comfortable feeling. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cookware to whip up everything for a quick meal.  

Condo sleeps 4 comfortably King bed in the bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in Den.
The sunroom is perfect for reading. Owner provided washer/dryer and Wi-Fi Internet. 
Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

Short walk to our deeded beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast

Amazing Stay!!!

My family and I had a phenomenal stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach. We had all the amenities necessary for a home-like stay. I would highly recommend this location for anyone taking a Destin beach vacation.

This was our first experience with a VRBO but not our last. Richard made sure our stay was comfortable and thought of everything we might need. The cleanliness and level of detail was perfect and it was great to be so centrally located! We will definitely be back!

I would absolutely stay here again. The condo size is perfect for 2 people. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but with the chair and umbrella service included, it’s so worth it. I also love that the host sends info on local places to eat and things to do. I highly recommend this place.

Anniversary Get-away

Our stay at the Tradewinds #703 was absolutely wonderful. The condo was extremely clean and well managed. It was exactly as describe on the website. The entire staff was extremely kind, responsive, and very professional. The location and beach access was amazing. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this property.

Great vacation spot!

The apartment was nice, neat and clean. The location was right next to the beach. The private beach access made it easy to get settled in and enjoy the sun! Definitely will be coming back each year. We absolutely love Destin!

Last minute getaway...

I decided just a few weeks before our stay that I needed a few days away. This property was a great location, great pice and gave us access to all we needed. I really loved having the included chairs and umbrella as part of the price. It was one less thing to worry about and one less thing to pay for. We had a great getaway! Thank you!

Beach stay

Overall, great experience! Plenty of yummy restaurants near by. Kids loved being so close to the pool and playground. The beach is a quick walk across the street - thanks for the complimentary chairs and umbrella. It made the beach a lot easier. Only complaint… the sofa bed had dirty sheets so we weren’t able to utilize it and the kids had to sleep in the bed with us. Other than that, the place was very clean!!! Will definitely stay again!

We only had one issue the afternoon that we arrived. My son pulled out the pull out couch, sleeper sofa, and the mattress was disgusting. There was old food crumbs that was very dirty. The couch cushions had stains on them, and there was two large bugs that we killed behind the couch I attempted to call the property manager I know it was after hours but I left a message and there was never any return call so that was the only bad thing about the situation. Other than that the place was really great. It had a close proximity to the beach.

Somewhat disappointed.

I was expecting a beachfront property (a few steps from the beach). In reality, it's a 1/2-mile walk and then you cross a busy street before you get to the beach. Directions getting to the property were not good. We drove for much longer just trying to find the correct street and then we found it by trial and error. I had to wear shoes in the condo because the floors made my feet very dirty if I walked barefoot. I had to provide toilet paper and paper towels and empty the trash before I checked out. I did like the beach chairs and umbrella that Richard provided on the beach. The onsite manager was pleasant and helpful.

With the hurricane and storms going on I had emailed we weren’t going to come. They were so sweet they called me and told me their weather was great. Come on down. No storms. My grandkids and I had a great week!
