Perfect place

The property is very well kept. It is across the street from the beach and you can actually see the Gulf from the pool deck. The restaurant at the property is delicious!! We went there twice for dinner and once for appetizers. Our room was spotless and this is the place I would return to again and again.

5 Star Motel

My partner and I made the 11 hour drive down to Destin from Indianapolis with our two dogs, and this was the perfect pet friendly place! There is a small grass area with a trash/bag station for the pups. The king bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of space in the oversized room. The bathroom was huge! Check-in was a breeze with keyless entry to the room, and guests are given the option of daily room cleaning which was great. Last but certainly not least, this place couldn’t be in a better location. Beach access is directly across the street and the gulf water can be seen from the Inn’s pools - an incredible view. There is a restaurant upstairs and a cafe downstairs, making food and drink easily accessible during most hours of the day. Plenty of other restaurants and shopping, including grocery store, within a few minute drive. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

VERY LOUD COMPLEX

There was noise at all hours of the night. Other guests were screaming outside till 1:30am during our first night’s stay, well beyond the properties 10:30pm quiet hour. The location was run more like an extended stay apartment than a vrbo. Smokers clustered outside our room, screaming children next door were heard at all hours through the paper thin walls, & the sounds of the attached restaurant chairs, commotion & dishes clanking all added to the experience’s “delight”. If I could have a do over, I would have spent the extra $100/night to stay more east of this location.

Wonderful

We booked a room for two nights and regretted not booking for longer! This was the perfect spot for us! The location to the beach was fantastic. The room was spotless and huge. I loved that we were able to bring our pup with us as she travels everywhere we go. The cafe made delicious breakfast tacos and sandwiches. We will definitely be booking again next time we are heading to the area. We loved it!
