"Convenient location, friendly and welcoming staff, good sized room and a great bar. Only downside was the double bed was a bit small, otherwise excellent."

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Dundee
10/10 Excellent
"Close to attractions. Could’ve done with bottled water in room."
"L’accueil n’a pas été du tout agréable, nous avons été interrogés par l’hôtesse blonde par d’innombrables questions, comme pour un interrogatoire. Aucun hôtel dans tout notre séjour ne nous avait accueilli de la sorte. Détestable 😡"
"Room too small and no walkin shower but they moved us to a better one. Location was good for walking into the city and it had its own car parking área which was ideal."
"The apartment was overall very good, only let down by a poorly fitted kitchen tap, which was very wobbly but worked. We appreciated the supplied teabags, sachets of coffee, soap, towels etc.
The deposit system was a bit confusing - I expected to see a £250 payment on my card to be followed by a refund, but it seems they just held the card details "in case" so I guess no charge will be made now, after over a week.
The location was very convenient, only a few minutes' walk from the station, V&A, RRS Discovery etc. It was only let down by the bar three doors away having a singer most nights (not too bad) and what sounded like karaoke on the Friday, which got more out-of-tune as the evening went on. Maybe it's just me being sensitive to that as a musician. No problem in the bedroom but a bit intrusive in the living room if you're reading quietly. Not much Greenstar can do about it, and nobody else has mentioned it in reviews so it's probably me!"
