The Desert Casa is located on the hillside of Desert Hot Springs, perched up perfectly for a nice view of the mountains and the vast Sonoran Desert. The home is on a very private oversized lot with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy including lounge chairs, a dining area, sitting area, grill, fire pit, bar, and outdoor TV with cable. Take a swim in the pool by day and relax in the hot tub by night, with the unobstructed view of the San Jacinto Mountains as a backdrop. Inside the home, the tile floors and high ceilings in the home keep the interior cool and airy, especially in the summer months. There is central air conditioning and heating, as well as overhead fans in two of the bedrooms. While relaxing inside, you can enjoy the oversized peninsula and family sized dining table, as well as the cozy living room with gas fireplace and television.

The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality Zwilling and Calphalon pots and pans and all tools and utensils you need to cook a gourmet meal on a Bosch stove. Also provided is indoor and outdoor dinnerware and glassware, 3 different coffee makers (regular, french press, and pour-over), a microwave, toaster oven, regular toaster, instant Pot, and filtered water and ice from our Samsung refrigerator.

Our beds and bed linens are of the highest quality for your comfort and there are plenty of additional pillows and blankets throughout the home to make your stay as cozy and relaxing as possible.

There is also high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in each shower.

We ask that you please respectful to our friendly neighbors as we are by keeping noise and music to a minimum. No amplified music is allowed. While the home is designed to be very private, we are still in a residential area. all outdoor noise/voices cutoff time is 9:59pm, in accordance with city ordinances.

•HOT TUB AND POOL USE•
Private Spa Hot Tub and Pool available for your use throughout your stay.
Spa Hot Tub Heating is included in your stay.
Pool Heating is $85 per day and pool is heated to 82 degrees. If you choose to add this service, it must be applied for all nights of your stay and fee will be paid ahead of check in. Please let us know if you would like to arrange for pool heating ahead of time so we can ensure it is heated for your arrival.

Desert Hot Springs has ordinances in place allowing neighbors to call regarding noise complaints, and we will be notified immediately. Repeated violation will result in a request to vacate the property.

Your cleaning fee takes care of everything. We DO NOT request for you to complete “chores” before checkout while staying with us. Staying with us is time for you to relax.

Please note that it is very important to us that our cleaning team is using the utmost care in disinfecting the home between all stays during this sensitive time. We use the highest grade of products and our staff has been trained to disinfect all surfaces including all doorknobs and sliding door handles. Additionally, disinfecting cleaner will be left for your use. property.

It is one of several places in the world with naturally occurring hot and cold mineral springs. More than 20 natural mineral spring lodgings can be found in town and unlike hot springs with a high sulfur content, these mineral springs are odorless. The drinking water in town is also renowned and has won many awards, including Best Tasting Municipal Water in the World at the Berkeley Springs Water International Water Tasting Event in 2020.
