The space

Please note that no outdoor music is allowed after 8 PM. Loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJs, or karaoke are not permitted at any time inside or outside the house.

The backyard features a pebble pool & spa, an outdoor dining area, gas grill, grilling island with a seating area, firepit, and lounge space.

The fully equipped kitchen offers silverware, tableware, and appliances such as an oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender. All you need to do is bring your groceries :)

The living/dining room area is great for spending time indoors, playing board games and having dinner with your guests. We provide a variety of board games!

We offer driveway parking. Garage parking is not available. Guest won't be able to access the garage.

Other things to note
3 security cameras in the property:1 located in the backyard pointing out to the backyard/pool, 1 located in the side yard pointing out to the sideyard, 1 located in the front yard pointing out the front yard.
All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are no indoor cameras. Noise detector is outside in the backyard (no video or audio is recorded) and is required by City of Desert Hot Springs

This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

As an alternative, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider:

We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. No account signup is needed, and it gives you a guest portal with all home info and my favorite local spots.

There is an additional $50/night fee for each guest after the 10th guest.

PETS are allowed. We charge $95 per pet for their stay. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

Spa & Pool Heating Policy

• Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:
- $150/day to heat up to 88°F

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to our approval. Early check-in is $30 per hour, and late check-out is $33 per hour.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.

Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.

Also note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

For safety reasons, we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in.

Assumption of Risk:
By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
