There are RV campsites by the clubhouse and boat launch. There is a public park, boat launch, restaurant and bar. The Gorge Amphitheater is 40 minutes away. Yakima wineries are about an hour away although there is a winery close to Mattawa. The town of Mattawa in 10 minutes away with a grocery store, hardware store, and restaurants. Mattawa has a Saturday market with fruits, vegetables, good food and other odds and ends.

Jesus’ place is the best!

Jesus’ place was fantastic! So clean and perfect space for our group. The golf cart was such a nice amenity as well, it was fully charged and we used it the entire time. Desert Aire is such a great time and Jesus made our stay so wonderful. Thank you my man!!

My stay was beyond wonderful. Wonderful neighborhood the house was spacious, and the beds were conferrable. My group had a blast and very homie. I recommend 100% and I will do it again when I'm in this area.

Desert Aire stay

We went there to fish the Columbia and do some golfing we had a great time. The home was very comfortable and had everything needed. We also enjoyed the use of the golf cart. The host always answered are questions at a timely manner. We would recommend it to anyone.

Nice Clean Home in Convenient Location

We were on a boating trip. Convenient access to the Priest Rapids boating ramp. The golf cart was useful in getting around the area. The house was nicely appointed with most of things you need. Jesus was very timely in any communication.

Great for Business Trips

This property was perfect for us on our business trip in Mattawa. Close to town, beautiful views of the golf course and very comfortable. Bonus having the buggy to cruise around on and see the scenery. A grill would had been great, but made due. We enjoyed the front room entertainment system but wondered why the smallest TV was there? We will definitely use this house again.

On the green

A hidden gem. This home is new & immaculately kept. It is situated off the end of the golf course green on a quiet street. The furnishings (beds, furniture, appliances) are all new. Must see to appreciate all it has to offer. The owner was quick to respond to an unrelated question I had and very kind about my interruption. I would definitely stay again!

Fishing Hideaway

Excellent accommodations as advertised. Golf cart was a fun bonus to tour the vicinity. Communication with the Host was superb, timely & much appreciated! TV remotes were a bit of a pain without instructions or a cheat sheet for those not totally computer competent but was not there to watch TV... only a brief daily news update. Refrigerator in garage was not fully operational-- lower unit not cooling but freezer was fine... advised host for need of service. Could use "wash cloths" in addition to towels but other than that a fantastic hideaway & will most definitely book again for next year's fishing hideaway!
