"At first it was upsetting as, The housekeeping needs to be more thorough, as we had to move 2 different times as the rooms were not cleaned very well. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts were really good, the pool area was really clean and well taken care of. It was in a convenient location! "

"We recently stayed here with two families and overall had a great experience. The location was wonderful, and the layout was perfect for multiple families sharing the space. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, and all of the beds were comfortable with nice linens. We especially appreciated the extra towels provided for the hot tub.One small suggestion would be to provide a few more fresh towels for the bathrooms each day, as the used towels added up quickly with a larger group.We did knowingly book a pet-friendly home (and did not travel with pets ourselves), but upon arrival the entryway sofa, area rug, and outdoor sofa were noticeably covered in dog hair. I provided photos to the host right away. To their credit, they were very willing to come address it immediately, which we appreciated, though we ultimately declined the visit.Communication was responsive, but a bit confusing at times as messages came from different phone numbers via text rather than a single contact.Overall, we were happy with our stay and would consider staying again."
