The Space-
The apartment is located at the very end of the hall for extra privacy with steps to door access outside of the complex. Unit is located on the first walk (access via stairs only). Walk into the apartment and be greeted by an open floor plan with white quartz counter tops and stocked living amenities.

First door to the right off the kitchen if our first bedroom furnished with a queen size bed, 65-inch TV, and walk in closet. The closet is loaded with luxury including a 7-foot-tall mirror, vanity, white rug, and velvet pink chair to really take your getting ready experience or selfie to the next level.

The first bathroom is the second door off of the kitchen featuring bright white lighting, tub shower, fresh toiletries, and dazzling silver and white decor.

Located next to the kitchen the spacious open living room features a mini cocktail bar stocked with all your necessities along with a 75-inch TV. Sit back and relax on our couch or two velvet chairs topped with our cozy pillows. Queen air mattress can be placed in living room as needed.

Traveling for work? We got you! A desk is located in the bedroom closet with an extra supportive desk chair for lumbar/thoracic back support that can be brought out and used.

Off of the living room you will find our master bedroom with private bathroom. Master is supplied with queen size bed, blue velvet chair, fan, lighting, and cozy amenities. Second bathroom features a walk-in shower.

When you think it can't get better, our unit also has it very own private walk-in patio deck with breath taking views over Downtown Des Moines. Our deck is the largest throughout the property so feel free to dance and celebrate your stay, we are excited to welcome you!

Guest access
Guests will be able to access apartment amenities and entire 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Guests may also access the brand-new fitness center which is on the basement floor of the Lyon building.

Please note there is a Ring Doorbell security camera located at the front door. There are no cameras inside the property.

Other things to note-

Cartier House Rules:

1. No pets allowed. Kindly inform us if you will be accompanied by a service animal
2. Absolutely NO food or drinks on furniture. Use kitchen & kitchen table.
3. No Shoes on furniture.
4. No guests staying over the amount in booking.
5. Please respect space & have a great stay

We have posted house rules in the unit, but this is just a gentle reminder—not meant to be taken personally. It’s simply to ensure our units stay up to standard and to share friendly tips.

Charges/Fees:

1. Smoking Fee - $150
2. Tampering with owners closet - $100
3. Tampering with Ring camera or Minut noise alarm - $150
4. High noise level during quiet hours (10:00 pm - 7:00 am) - $100
5. Excessive trash & debris (unit, patio or garage) - $75
6. Excessive amount of dirty dishes - $25
7. Damaged furniture, appliances, electronics
8. Forgotten items can be shipped with $100 + shipping and handling costs
9. Late check out can be accommodated until 12:30 pm for $50. Failure to check out without prior notice will result in a $100 charge.
10. Additional guest after confirmed booking is $20 per person.

Key & Key fob Entry for extra security. You are responsible of returning key & key fob to lockbox upon check out. Lost key fob and keys results in $300 charge.
