Family Christmas

We had four adults and one dog. The fenced in backyard was great for the dog. Location was great for walking or running. Also great for getting to downtown and Des Moines relatives.

Great home in nice neighborhood

Thank you for hosting us. I travel a lot with my kids wrestling tournaments and this home was perfect. The front room flows into the kitchen and allowed for great times.

I had my trip dates change due to work schedules adjusting which occurred just a couple hours into the 14-day no cancellation window. The host told me to cancel without refund and rebook. I travel a lot for work using home hosting platforms and have never come across a host who refuses to allow a trip date change to an earlier open date if the calendar is open. I was very disappointed at the policy. I wouldn’t recommend this home due to the inability to make reservations changes within 2 weeks before the reservation.
