I agree with your comment on our dedicated team of associates! I have checked our logs and no thermostat issue was reported to our guest receptionist. Cleanliness is typically one of our higher scores, and as a 100% smoke free hotel, I do not understand any smoky smell in the fresh linens. Hope you will try us again!

I am sorry our food and beverage outlets were closed on a Sunday evening. Our marketplace is always open, and our free courtesy shuttle will happily take you to any nearby restaurant or bar. Hope you will give us another opportunity.

I apologize again, as we discussed upon your departure, that parking was crowded. Although we paid for your parking in the adjacent parking lot, I hope we can meet your expectations next stay!

As we discussed during your recent stay, for two days a large convention utilized all of our available parking. I apologize again for the inconvenience, and also paid for your parking in the Airport economy lot adjacent to our parking for your entire stay. This is an annual event, however, our website and staff repeatedly advise guests during this period to ulitilize the lot next to the hotel and we will pay for their parking. Sorry again for your inconvenience.

I apologize for the inconvenience of an unruly guest near your room. Our security responded immediately, moving the family to safety and requested police assistance.
