This property is located in the heart of downtown Des Moines with quick access to almost anywhere downtown. PLUS a balcony and grill - very rare for downtown!

Parking is not included but affordable parking garages are directly south and west of the complex right across the street! Metered parking is also available around the unit.
Guests will enter into the main lobby and take a short elevated ride up to the cozy condo. Inside the unit features a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, living room with 65` smart TV, 2 bedrooms both with smart TV`s, 2 bathrooms and also access to shared spaces such as a community area with games, 24/7 fitness facility and rooftop lounge with dog park/relief area.

This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it`s not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally.
Guests will access the condo using a lockbox located outside of the complex that stores a set of keys and fobs. Please keep track of the keys at all times. Lost keys or fobs will results in a fee of up to $200.
Guests will use self check in and can reach out at any time for quick help! We strive for prompt responses and are here to ensure a 5-star stay!
The front door utilize a ring doorbell that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety and security.
This unit is part of a beautifully restored historic building, where all 100+ units feature the original sealed concrete floors. These floors naturally show imperfections, variations, and markings from the building’s history, which are part of the intentional “industrial loft” style of the complex. This design choice gives each space its own distinctive and authentic character.
**Pet Policy** Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled.
** ADDITIONAL FEES ** $75 pet fee (Taxes and platform fees are added automatically on top of our pet fee) 1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.
3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.
4. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. Unregistered pets are subject to a double priced pet fee.
5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.
6. A lost, missing, or damaged key, fob, or parking permit has a replacement cost of $75 each.
7. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you`d like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out.
8. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. If you`d like to request early check-in, please reach out on the day of arrival. We are unable to confirm early check-in prior to that day. A fee may apply for early check-in.
9. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.
10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
14. Firearms and weapons are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. Bringing a firearm onto the property will result in a $500 fee and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

This is a great, centrally located property! A 15 minute walk to East Village, City Center, Event Center and Sherman Hill with plenty of dining and entertainment options to choose from. Was a great weekend getaway!
The property was nice the area was calm and easy to get around. Property owners very good at communicating in a timely fasion parking was easy and really close. Everything one would need was provided very happy with the experience
This was a great place to spend Thanksgiving! The host was so responsive to all of my questions. I messed up the booking and Dan fixed it up for us no problem. The condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook onsite. Beds were good. Shower was amazing. This was an overall great stay. Thanks Dan!
Excellent alternative to a hotel for a family with college age kids! Plenty of room for everyone in a secured building with a great location in downtown Des Moines.
Clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and couch and beds are super comfy. TVs and internet all worked well. Would stay here again if in the area.
As advertised, nice place that suited two couples just fine. Plus it was a very hot weekend and the AC kept up and made it very comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area.
Very comfortable and roomy! Clean. Well stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook. We travel to Des Moines every year and have finally found a place to stay that we want to go back to.
We were greatly disappointed in the quality. The sliding door did not lock securely and was unlocked. The furniture is flimsy (1 broken stool was unsafe to sit on). The queen-sized beds were cheap foam that was not very comfortable to sleep on. There were only 3 wine glasses, no coffee for the coffee pot. It was a clean, cheap place to stay, but not an Excellent property.
Booking was a breeze! Daniel, the host, is amazing and communicates like a dream!Check-in couldn’t be easier. Location in downtown Des Monies is ideal. Parking is easy and all needs are within walking distance or a very short drive. The condo is super clean and as described. Kitchen is stocked adequately for basic cooking, which is what we needed. Bathrooms were even stocked with supplies which was total bonus for my kids who never bring their own supplies!!! I’m a very picky bed person, so the beds were less than what I wanted (but I’m admittedly very difficult to please…it’s a me thing). If my feet are clean at the end of the day I’m pleased, and I honestly was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this home!Overall, Daniel was the ideal host. He answered every single question within minutes. We had a packed agenda with a needy wrestler who was cutting weight, with specific workout needs, eating needs, resting needs, etc. Daniel was easily able to accommodate us, and while we are absolutely zero pressure guests we will always repay the kindness!Enjoy your travel in this comfortable, clean, condo in downtown Des Monies…you really can’t go wrong.
