Quick visit
The location is great. The property is basic. While I wouldn't say dirty, it was not that clean.
Smudges on fridge and windows.
Bring your own shampoo and soap, what was provided was low end, Suave.

Perfect for a Short Weekend
I recently came to Des Moines for an event with my friends and we loved staying here! It was the perfect space for a short weekend trip. The apartment was nice and clean and was super spacious! The location is great as there is a coffee shop and restaurants right across the street. Plus, everything is a short drive/Uber ride away if it is cold out. The area felt very safe, but it can be a bit noisy since it right by train tracks so you will hear it if it goes by late at night. If I ever go back, I would definitely consider staying here again!
