"Great rest stop on our way to Rome. There is no direct access to the lake (it's about a 2 km walk/drive from the hotel), but the hotel is clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the free continental breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of pastries, and two very excellent coffee/cappuccino machines. Overall, a great place to rest, in a quiet, peaceful area."

"We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent: the accommodations, the atmosphere, and especially the people, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The only issue was finding the property. To be fair, La Casella provided very clear directions and specifically advised us not to rely on GPS. "Beds were comfortable. The family stayed in the roomy Bastioni apartment. Breakfast was very good and the staff were patient when we arrived just before serving was supposed to end. The hotel - an old castle —and pool area were lovely. Very friendly staff. "
