Room wasn't cleaned properly with bits of tissue and spillage stains on the bathroom floor that just needed a mop to clean off. The towel was heavily stained (at least I hope they were stains). "

"My single room was small but perfectly appointed. The bedding was very comfortable, and I liked having a desk in the room. The shower was also nice with good water pressure and hot water.
