Great stay
The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed as was the laundry room. Would definitely recommend.

Mountain biking Meca.
This was a lovely place to stay as it was clean, new and great price. Close to everything we needed and was very close to the trails. Grant a lovely fella as he and his partner very welcoming 👍

The perfect pedal pad
From intro to check out, Grant was the consummate host. This apartment is obviously brand new and was spacious and well appointed, even including a laundry and bike racks! Private parking and a quick pedal to the trails, as well as quiet as it's down from the main street and away from the campground. Being right below the best brekky in Derby was an added bonus (we were concerned about noise from above but even on the weekend what little we heard was well and truly gone by 9pm.

Location and quality of the accommodation was excellent. The only minor issues that concerned us was the double bed in bedroom 2 and two king singles in the main bedroom obviously set up to cater for the local market and not for couples travelling together. Bed coverings are adequate for single occupants but were not suitable, in our opinion, for couples sleeping together.

Perfect spot for a mtb holiday
Super close to the shuttle loading zone and a separate laundry make it easy to shred the trails all day.
