"Starting negative. Management company expected a 5 star rating, if not then to call them. Honesty that caused a one star deduction alone. Honesty works better. Next is the neighborhood. Sketchy given the run down trailer park nearby. Then there is the bed. You need stairs to get up to it. Good lord, trying to get down at night if you have to use the restroom. "The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. Parking was a horror. Parking is tight and very limited. We were looking forward to swimming and going in the hot tub. When we got there they informed us that the swimming pool and hot tub were out of service. They told me we could use the public pool at the community center for free. We were hoping to soak in the hot tub each night before bed. I plan on staying again next year we are hoping all of the stuff will be fix as it is coming under new ownership"

"Had a really nice stay at SCP Depoe Bay! Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were super friendly. I arrived pretty late, but the check-in process was really easy. I was able to check in over the phone and got all the instructions I needed, which was really convenient. The facilities were great too. I really enjoyed the fitness room, the social space on the main floor, and the complimentary breakfast. The room was a decent size and very comfortable. I especially liked the double-door patio — it was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy some fresh air. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed a little longer. Definitely a place I’d come back to!"
