They actually checked us into a room that was not cleaned and occupied at first! Very frustrating until they gave us the next room. Overall, the room was way bigger than expected and quite comfortable. Will consider staying again in the future.

"The hotel is comfortable. I didn't have a particularly friendly welcome when I checked in. The room was comfortable but the bathroom smelt of damp for ages after use as it was so small and kind of trapped the smell. I was on the 20th floor and waiting for the lift was so frustrating.
