Great Stay in Hanoi
The location of this hotel was fantastic, so close to everything central. Water Puppet Theatre is only just around the corner. Staff were exceptional. The girl at the reception was great with a lot of information and assistance when we requested it. Rooms were comfortable and clean, bedding was perfect

Oriental Jade was a really good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to extend our trip by another night and they managed to fit us in the same room – no problems. The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars.

Beautiful hotel, room was spacious and great views across the valley. We arrived early and they got us into our room within 45mins which we appreciated.
The dining staff were not so good, we asked for a table and was told they would call our room once a table was free, we waited 1hr 30mins with no call, we went back to find lots of empty tables with used plates, no attempt was made to clear them the rest of the time we were at the restaurant. When we asked for the dessert menu we were refused service due to the time. Overall i would stay again but eat in the town.

"It’s nice because it’s new. And by new, I mean they remodeled an old hotel. It’s for sure the best option in Bac ninh. If I’m less busy I’d prefer to stay in Hanoi and endure the long commute. Breakfast here sucks. The bed isn’t comfy. But it’s newly remodeled and looks clean. Far better than other ..."
