My key worked perfectly on my door, but you have to use it in the elevator to get to your floor- which I appreciate for safety- but mine did not work well at all. Every time I used the elevator, I was standing in front of the door for a couple minutes trying to get it to recognize my key- a little frustrating. But overall, a conveniently located, nice stay"

"We had such a wonderful stay at Populus Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The entire space has such a unique, elevated feel while still being comfortable and grounding. A special thank you to JJ, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless for us, and his kindness did not go unnoticed. We also loved dining at The Flying J. The food was outstanding, and our waitress, Brianna, was so friendly, attentive, and genuine. She made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we absolutely loved staying here. It was one of those places that just feels good to be in, and that makes all the difference. We will definitely be returning in the next few weeks and are already looking forward to our next stay."

Staff said nothing to them !!!! I seen customers leaving breakfast area after homeless people came in . Would not recommend this place . "
