Blending character with thoughtful design, this spacious home offers 3 bedrooms—2 on the main level and 1 downstairs—plus an additional bedroom area with 2 twin beds for extra sleeping space. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for hosting, and the main level features a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The basement includes another beautifully designed walk-in shower and an oversized bathroom.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! The backyard was a true highlight & we often struggled to get our dogs to leave it!One of our favourite parts is how easy it is to walk into Olde Town, fantastic when you need to use the light rail to access downtown.The property itself was clean, comfortable and exactly as described The owner is amazing, nothing was too much of a bother. A special shout out to the property manager who was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We felt well taken care of from start to finishHighly recommend & would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and outdoor space

This is a special spot walkable to old town Arvada with a great outdoor space and firepit. The listing has in paratheses that it sleeps 12 but it actually only sleeps 8 adults so be aware of that and pay attention to the pictures. The property managers consider 4 pack n' plays to be sleeping spaces. They did bring a air mattress and luckily we only had 10 adults staying.
