You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Under the Castle ROCK

Guest have access to the entire main floor including 2 bedrms, 2 bathrms, Large Kitchen, Family Rm, Gas Fireplace, Dining Rm, Laundry, and a large deck and yard.

Guests can walk just 2-blocks to the entrance of "The Rock Park" and climb the "castle rock".

Downtown Castle Rock is just a 2-3 minute drive.

The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.

Updated home with the feel of home! The location is incredible! Awesome view of the "castle rock" and the Rock Mtn foothills, minutes from downtown Castle Rock, 2 minutes from the CR Rec-Center, walking trails, bike trails, parks, minutes from the highway, located between Denver and Colorado Springs. Our location is very private because it backs to "open space" on 2 sides! This house is super clean, nice wood floors, updated countertops, lots of space, and equipped with two TVs.

Guests have access to the right side of the attached garage and driveway.

Our Manager (who lives in a totally self-contained lock off basement - with exterior entrance) has use of the left side of the garage.

The Owners live just 5-minutes away so we can be there quickly if the need arises.

We also have a Manager that lives in the private walk-out basement.

This is a great neighborhood. It is just a couple blocks from the Castle Rock Rec-Center, a couple of blocks from "the Rock" park (where you can climb the Castle Rock), and just a two-minute drive to the heart of our awesome little town!

We don't think it is close to public transportation, but you'll have no problem getting an Uber or Lyft. Their are an abundance of walking and bike trails throughout Castle Rock!

This home is immaculate and one that we are so proud of. We are absolutely confident you'll enjoy your stay here!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This home is comfortable and the manager is on site and was very responsive to our needs. The home is close to downtown with lots of fun restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was a hit!

This place came exactly as described and in amazing condition. The place was clean and had plenty of items in the kitchen. The property manager was kind and made sure the walk was shoveled when we arrived. The view of Castle Rock was also spectacular.

Comfortable stay

This place was a great location for us as my son only lives 3 miles away. Only 5 mins drive to downtown too. Close enough to everywhere we wanted to go but still had a small town feel about it. Very comfortable place to stay, maybe would have liked an additional arm chair in the family room but we managed. Manager very accommodating to all our needs. Would stay again.

Great house!

We came in for a long weekend for a family wedding. House was clean, quiet, relaxing and inviting. And there were snacks for us on the counter! It might not seem like much, but after a 10 hr drive being greeted with a snack is more amazing than it might seem. :) We would definitely stay here again!

Away To Larkspur

We stayed in Castle Rock in order to attend a wedding in Larkspur. The house was perfect for our needs. It kept us out of the Denver mess and was close to the wedding venue. The town of Castle Rock is quaint but yet new and vibrant. Groceries, restaurants, shops, etc. it has it all. The house was very nice. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped too. If the need arises I would definitely book the house again. It is a great place to stay!

Colorado Exploring

We had a fabulous time! The house was so convenient to everything we wanted to see in the area from Pueblo to the Rocky Mountain National Park! Only a few minutes from the cute downtown area of Castle Rock. Also, stocked with welcome snacks, shampoos, conditioners, and other essentials. Beds were comfy and the pullout sofa worked well. We didn’t use the smaller pullout in the master, but would have worked well with kids. Emily, the manager, was very responsive and great to work with. A great place to enjoy a great week in Colorado.

WE LOVED THIS HOUSE !

The house manager was so friendly and accommodating. The house was SPOTLESS and had everything we needed. Kitchen utensils- towels- bedding- even shampoo and conditioner was provided. You can tell they really care about the place. It was the perfect house for our first time in Colorado. It’s about 40 mins each way to Denver/ Colorado Springs. I highly recommend booking this listing !

Manager lives on bottom floor. Shared driveway with her. View of Castlerock has changed…lots of construction going on out there. Kitchen not as well stocked as claimed. Other than these changes, the house was great! Close to hiking and downtown. Loved an Italian restaurant we found not on their list : Vista Vino Modern Grill! Wedding Party

Myself my husband and mother in law and brother in law stayed here for a week for a family wedding in the area.It was great. The house was nice and clean. The kitchen was actually pretty stocked with spices and basics. lol no need to buy a wine cork remover. You only need refrigerator food really. The listing did not mention there is a 2 person hot tub on the big deck which is a great place to have coffee in the sun. Also bring house slippers as this is a shoe free home. If we come back to this area we will stay here again!

Great experience

This house was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. It was so cozy and clean. There were four of us, and we had the pleasant surprise that the two sofas in the pictures are sofa beds. Everything worked perfectly. The hot tub was very clean, and everything was tidy, comfortable, and well-maintained. Whenever I had questions or messaged either the manager or the owner, their replies were prompt.We drove from Tennessee because I was having surgery in Denver. The house was 25 minutes away from the surgery location without traffic, and 40 minutes with traffic. But it was worth staying there—it’s close to all the stores and restaurants you could think of, just 7 minutes from Walmart and many restaurants, plus a huge outlet.The hiking trails were within walking distance, and my kids loved staying there. I always rent places for vacations with my kids, and this was the best one I’ve ever stayed in. I usually don’t have bad experiences with the houses I rent, but this one exceeded all expectations. I was able to have peace of mind while recovering from my surgery.

Castle Rock Visit

We were totally satisfied with the Castle Rock house that we rented from Preston and Sandie. It perfectly suited our needs, since our daughter lives nearby, in Castle Rock, as well. The home is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is large and well appointed with more cooking equipment than most VRBO rentals. There was even a basket of munchies in the kitchen when we arrived. We could walk to Castle Rock Park for our morning exercise. And downtown Castle Rock is a short drive from the house, as is the Outlet Mall. Preston and Sandie are lovely people. They live nearby and we often passed them, and chatted, when we took our morning walk. There were a few minor things that needed tweaking in the house, but that were not problematic. The house manager was very responsive when we explained the few minor things that needed a bit of attention. We hope to rent this home from Preston and Sandy again in the future, when we return to Colorado to visit family. Ann Kuffner
