We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. You’ll have access to every room and feature of TWO SEPARATE homes, located 0.7 miles apart. Make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.

Sleeping arrangements
This reservation includes two homes that together accommodate 16+ guests. The first, the Modern Cowboy Cottage, offers five bedrooms with four king beds and one queen bed, along with two bathrooms. The second, the Spacious Family-Friendly Retreat, includes five bedrooms with four king beds, one queen bed, and a twin, plus three bathrooms. Soft linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades help ensure a restful night after days filled with activity.
Outdoor living
Both homes provide outdoor spaces designed for gathering. Adirondack chairs circle the fire pit and fire tables, creating cozy spots for evening conversations. Patios feature dining areas where meals can be enjoyed in the open air, while a grill and barbecue utensils make cooking outside simple. At Home 2, a fenced yard and covered patio offer children and pets a safe place to play while adults relax nearby.
Indoor comfort and entertainment
Inside, open-plan living spaces invite you to settle into plush sofas and enjoy unhurried conversations or movie nights with Smart TVs. Game rooms in both homes bring energy to your stay, offering foosball, darts, giant Connect 4, and board games for all ages. Heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans keep the atmosphere comfortable throughout the year, while WiFi ensures you stay connected.
Kitchen & dining
Each home has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking basics, a coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and barbecue utensils are provided. Large dining tables make it easy for the entire group to gather for family-style breakfasts, celebratory dinners, or late-night snacks.
Family-friendly touches
Traveling with little ones is made easier with a pack ’n play, high chair, and babysitter recommendations. Both homes are pet-friendly, and assistance animals are always welcome.
Essentials and safety
Amenities include washers and dryers, towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. Safety is prioritized with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in via keypad, private entrances, and free parking on-site or on the street add ease to your stay.

Located in Centennial, the homes offer easy access to both suburban comforts and outdoor recreation. Local favorites like The Streets at Southglenn are just minutes away, while Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall, and Cherry Creek State Park are all close by. Downtown Denver is a 20-minute drive, and day trips to Red Rocks, Colorado Springs, or Rocky Mountain National Park make it simple to explore further afield.
