The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, a kitchen island, and bar seating – ideal for meal prep and socializing. The open floor plan is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

For entertainment, this home boasts a cozy electric fireplace in the living room, as well as a game room featuring foosball, darts, and a basketball hoop. Stay connected with Smart TVs and YouTube TV, ensuring you never miss a game or show. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the private workout room, complete with a Peloton bike and yoga accessories.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Nice area close to parks and some shopping easy to catch rideshares. I would suggest having the garbage cans closer to the house for easier disposal.

Hip House Hip Neighborhood

This fully renovated house in a row of similar houses is in a great location! We walked to Larimer St. where there is a lot to see & do. We were in town for a concert at Ball Arena… close by. The house is very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out in common areas. We enjoyed our few days in Denver… I’d rent this sweet house again!

It was so spacious - much more than the photos convey - and perfect for our group of 2 parents, 2 teens and a 9 year old. Very comfortable beds and plenty of well-stocked bathrooms - we love the extra amenities. The game room downstairs was awesome - we spent a lot of time playing foosball and basketball. Location was perfect - close to fun places in the Five Points neighborhood as well as easy to get downtown and back for a show. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to use the Peloton. Highly recommend this stay!

Location was great - near a grocery store, other food stores and highway, quiet neighborhood. had issues with the heat/AC and TV's and someone was there to talk to and came over to fix the issues. A suggestion would be to have instructions on use of the things in the house. The large kitchen was well equipped, the house was clean with enough utensils and cleaning items. Would suggest grip bars in the bathrooms and as suggested, higher WiFi connection to supply all the TVs and other electronic gear. When the family returns to Denver, this would be the place I would choose. The spacious house was a great place to entertain or just hang out!

Wonderful, Modern and Fun Home in a Great Location

Reviewer Comments: This home offered everything we could have hoped for: modern and updated with a great kitchen and bathrooms/showers; nice balcony; and fun basement family room with foosball, dart board, basketball toss, and large flat screen TV. Just a block from a shopping center with a Safeway, liquor store, and Subway. Easy walking distance, 15-20 minutes, the cool bars, breweries and restaurants in the Five Points, Uptown, and RINO neighborhoods; about a mile to Coors Field. Safe and mostly residential neighborhood; like most of Denver and other U.S. cities, you will encounter some unhoused people, but we didn’t experience anything that made us feel unsafe. VRC was attentive and communicated promptly and effectively on check in instructions and other needed information. Highly recommend this property as the place to launch your next Mile High adventure.

Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and in a good location, convenient to downtown for our meetings. The property was in good condition and had everything needed. Cleaning people should check the remotes. Most of the fan remotes were not working, missing or dead batteries, also a few of the TV remotes. For future renters, you should provide access to the trash bins. They were locked in the garage and it would have been helpful to be able to take out the trash during the week. The front door lock needs some attention. Our code did not work for our check in. It took 90 minutes to get in our rental on a cold night, finally got a new code from VRBO. Not sure this property has any local management. Tried many times to contact through the number given, left several voicemails, texts, and emails. Never heard back from them once? Nice place, would stay there again, but it must be a new rental. Has a few fine tuning needed.

Perfect Place

This property is perfect when attending events at Empower Field or Target Field. Very clean property, plenty of room for our family! We would rent again if our plans bring us back the downtown Denver area!

Great but unfortunate

We enjoyed our stay. Everything in the property was great. It was unfortunate that a snow storm forced us to move flights and leave a day early. Eating the cost for the extra night added to the inconvenience we experienced with the rental car and flight change costs.

Great House!

My husband and I, our 2 kids and another family of 4 stayed at this property for 5 nights while visiting Denver. The location is pretty good - really central and only a 10-15 minute drive to anywhere in Denver. There was a fair amount of noise/pedestrian traffic however there were protests going on at the time of our stay that probably contributed. The space is absolutely huge, with comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms and a truly enormous kitchen. A few improvements could be made to make the property perfect - more utensils (I think we had like 4 forks for our group of 8), more plates and bowls. Also, clearing out broken stuff - for instance, the microwave was awful and caused us more problems than was helpful, the steamer/frother on the keurig didn’t work at all, and the dart board had all but 2 broken darts. Also - extra blankets would be awesome to have! Along with some patio furniture for the deck and more available parking space in the garage (there was a lot of extra furniture stored there).
