    DOG-FRIENDLY:
    Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

Perfect place to stay in Denver. The unit was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. The windows make for an amazing view on the top floor. I loved starting my day reading a book on the balcony overlooking the Denver skyline. The location was great and easy walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Make sure you try the restaurant at the bottom of the property. Amazing food and great Boba. Would definitely stay again.

Generally we enjoyed our stay here. The place is nicely decorated with great views. Very clean. The bed was very comfy. The washer and dryer units were convenient. We loved the area. There are restaurants within walking distance, including a dedicated gluten-free restaurant, Teocalli Cocina. Unfortunately there is a loud, deep humming sound. We think the noise was coming from air conditioning units on the roof. At times it was uncomfortably loud, but sometimes it was quieter. It might not be as much of a problem other times of the year. It was in the 90s while we were there in early June.Also, we did not have control over the thermostat and needed to message the host to adjust the temperature. They were very responsive and adjusted it remotely for us.
