We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Sleeping arrangements
The home features six oversized bedrooms with a total of eight beds, providing space for up to 14 guests. Sleep comes easy on Green Leaf memory foam mattresses dressed in soft linens, with room-darkening shades to ensure a restful night. Three king bedrooms, two queens, and two full beds give everyone a comfortable spot to recharge, while a sofa bed adds flexibility for larger groups. The master suite offers added privacy with its own bathroom and generous closet space.

Bathrooms
With three full bathrooms, mornings and evenings flow with ease. Each bath is stocked with hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shower gel. Spacious vanities and modern fixtures enhance the experience, and one bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower and tub combo.

Living and dining
An open-concept layout brings everyone together. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, and cookware for preparing everything from hearty breakfasts to group dinners. Two dining areas and a central island create seating for up to 18 guests, while the adjacent lounge invites you to sink into the L-shaped sectional, watch movies on the 50” Smart TV, or unwind by the glow of the electronic fireplace.

Entertainment spaces
The lower level is a haven for play and relaxation. A game room features a 100-inch projector screen, foosball table, Pac-Man arcade, giant checkerboard, and even a putting green. Ample seating makes it easy to gather for movie nights or friendly competitions.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a covered patio, perfect for grilling dinner on the BBQ or enjoying lawn games in the fenced backyard. The yard provides a safe space for pets to roam - the home is dog-friendly with a two-dog maximum - while outdoor furniture invites you to relax in the fresh air.

Modern conveniences
Guests will find thoughtful amenities throughout, including a Nest Smart thermostat, high-speed WiFi, high-efficiency washer and dryer, and baby-friendly items such as a crib and Pack ’n Play. For those driving electric vehicles, the property includes an EV charger and parking for up to five cars. Self check-in with a keypad makes arrivals simple and flexible. Safety is also prioritized with exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!

The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
