The attention to details was amazing. He thought of everything you might need. We were all able to relax after a day of exploring Denver. Kids enjoyed the gaming setups. This is a gem.
The property was beautiful and the area accommodating for my 3 children. About 25min drive to Denver which was perfect for us. Would stay again next time I’m in Denver area!
We had a great stay. Really nice house, clean, was nice to have a set of towels in each room and a nice set of bathroom supplies laid out in each bathroom. Also had a lot of kitchen appliances, plates, coffee maker etc. kids loved the gaming set up.
This was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do! We were running low on toilet paper and they had some delivered within 3 hours! Answered questions withing minutes!!!
We chose this property because it was close to skydiving! This is a great location if you are wanting to be near the airport. We also went white water rafting in Idaho Falls, which is only about an hour away as well. The house was perfect for five adults and four kids. The kids especially liked the gaming set up!
Stayed with my family. Everything you need to cook or bake provided and an espresso maker to my surprise. Great for a family with toddlers to stay two little vets for them in the master was perfect. My IT husband was the only one in the house to figure out the game room wall so if not tech savvy it may be a challenge. Loved all the little details the home had. The park a couple blocks away was perfect for my nephew. Thank you for the great stay!
Our extended family of 7 were in town for a wedding. The house fit our needs well, 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths, lounging space and a nice yard area for grandson. The gaming wall was interesting but the guys found it complicated and were not able to get it working. Overall it was a nice place. The cons would be not well stocked. I texted manager about soap and shampoo ( he did amazon them the next day) Also the kitchen was stocked like a bar with every kind of drink glass you could imagine but short on plates, mugs, cooking equipment. Finally it says it sleep 15... there are 3 beds and 2 toddler size beds, i guess the other 7 people sleep on the oversize couches. It is a comfortable place,
the house was just as it looked like in the pictures, it was perfect for our family and friends that came to celebrate my son and his bride at their wedding. just an easy 30 min drive to downtown Denver where the rehearsal dinner and the wedding were held, This house had everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked better than most vrbo homes which was wonderful, the beds were so comfortable everyone said they slept so good, of course my teenage grandsons loved the gaming area upstairs with the 4 tvs. if there was anything i would say they could use more of were maybe some throw blankets and then one other thing there were no check out instructions except lock the door, usually they want to the bedding put in a certain area to help the cleaning crew, we did up and put away all the dishes and brought all the towels to the washing machine but i just left the bedding on the beds hoping that’s what they wanted done with them. If you need a place to stay close to Denver but in a beautiful area with lots of stores and restaurants close by this is a wonderful house to stay in.
The front steps were icy. That made it a little tricky carrying our stuff in. Other than that, excellent. I will re-book if I have to be in the Aurora area.
We had an amazing time. The Tv display takes a bit to understand but is great for co-op gaming. The host was very responsive if I had any questions or concerns. It was the perfect vacation
Place was great, in good location to the airport. Gaming system was great but needed some instructions for us who are not savvy with PlayStation. But my grandkids figured it out.
Kyle was very easy to get in touch with and easy to work with. The house had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen and pantry, and lots of games, puzzles, and movies. It's about 12 minutes from the airport. There's a Starbucks down the road and a nice playground you can walk to.
This home has the perfect layout for families. We had a mini reunion. Each family had their own bedroom with kids asleep upstairs, the adults could play games and not have to be super quiet to wake babies - the kitchen is stocked with amazing equipment to cook for crowds- the back yard is lovely for games - nothing special about the neighborhood just use this place if you want to all be under one roof to just hang out- adults and kids and pets . Park near by. Nice job home owners!
The property is well taken care of, clean, and great access to airport and Denver suburbs. Sweet entertainment area for pre-teen or teen kids- big screens with every gaming console imaginable. Lifesaver for chilly days! Check in process easy and didn't require a bunch of extra work or different websites.
This rental does not really do accommodations so be aware you really need to bring everything you need. Out of 3 bathrooms, there was one half roll of toilet paper in one bathroom. Also, it would be nice to have property manager's phone number to text issues. We had a hidden smoke alarm chirping and couldn't find it anywhere. Took some time for him to get back to us and really wasn't interested in trying to help fix the problem. VRBO messaging stinks. Most know this. It's nice to have a real number.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Property not as advertised, Community smells bad, and poor communication
We were told we could come check in at 3. We got there at 3 and the Carley (2nd in contact for property) was still cleaning. No big deal, she was working hard to get it clean for us. While we waited we went to check out the pool that is photoed to advertise the property. When we got to the pool, the workers at the entrance told us that it would be $20 a person a day to swim. We went back to the house. It was about 3:30 and Carley was getting in her car. We flagged her down to ask her about it bc she told us she was our point of contact. She blew it off as if they were incorrect and said that we would just call the rec center, show them the reservation, and we should get in. We did that and they said the same. If we were not the owners to the home and had proof of ownership/membership or with that person then it would cost $20 a person (regardless of age) a day. I contacted the number that the property owner gave me and Carley and left a message. She texted me back saying she would figure it out and never got back with me.
On top of all of this, the AT&T and Verizon service is very spotty in this neighborhood, the 4 TV gaming room TV’s are nearly impossible to figure out. I also contacted her about this issue to see if she could walk me through it. She said she would ask and never got back to me. I will add that I have 4 very tech savvy people in my family that are also gamers and it took them an hour the first time to figure it out and about 20 mins to get it to work before we could play a game or watch tv each day.
We were told that 2 people could park in driveway and one on the curb in front of the house and every night there was random car or truck parked in front of the house. That made us block our driveway in and have to rearrange vehicles all of the time when people had to leave.
The upstairs was pretty hot the entire stay, however we have rentals and know it is hard to cool a house down when it is this hot. It got up to 99 while we were there… which is why the pool shown in the photos would have been nice to enjoy.
The yard was well kept and the house provided necessities that most other houses do not like dish soap, TP, washing detergent, spices, etc. However the grill (also mentioned in description) wouldn’t work due to all 5 bottles of propane being completely empty.
Lastly, every night around 6 there was a terrible methane/dog poop smell around the lasted until 10 or later. We couldn’t eat outside due to the smell.
This was a great place to stay for the 8 adults that were in my group. It was about 30 minutes from downtown Denver, so a small drive, but definitely worth it to stay here.
