The house is located close to 470 for easy highway access to north and south denver. About 20 minutes to Dicks Sporting Goods Park. About 15 minutes to DIA. About 10-15 minutes to Gaylord. Close to everything, but in a beautiful planned community with lakes, parks, and friendly neighbors. Close to Barr Lake which has trails and great bird watching. You can also visit Rocky Mountain Arsenal which is about 20 minutes and has buffalo and deer herds!

Amazing house that you will not be disappointed in booking.


The reunion HOA charges for access to the recreation center, gym, and pools.

No parking can block neighbors driveways or the sidewalk. Please pull all the way up or park on the street.
No vaping, dabbing or smoking. The cleaning process for smoking inside will cause a $500 cleaning fee due to remediation.
Please follow trash schedule on fridge. The bin must be returned behind the gate after emptied. $100 fee if trash is not taken out for special pickup
