Quaint Space - Near Downtown & Broncos Stadium

  • Whether you're in town for work or play, everything is just minutes away! Walk to the Broncos Stadium, Union Station, and some of Denver's best breweries, restaurants and more! This victorian home is the perfect jumping off point to explore Denver. Cozy space to come home to and relax after a long day.

    About the space:
    This space is a lower unit, so there will be people living above you that you can hear walking around. The space is completely separate, with a separate entrance, however you do share the garden with the upper unit.

    Guest access:
    Guest have access to the front and back yard, along with the back patio. These are shared spaces with the people in the upstairs unit.

    About the area:
    Our house is a block away from Briar Commons and Jefferson Park. We are also only a short walk to the Broncos Mile High Stadium.
    There are a few wonderful bike paths that intersect just down the street for easy access to downtown or just a ride down the river.
