Please place the towels in the washing machine and start the cycle. Detergent is in the cupboard in the laundry room—no more than 8 towels per load.
Place dishes in the dishwasher and start. Dishwasher pods are located below the sink in the kitchen
If traveling with pets, please pick up any messes in the yard with the provided pooper scooper and put them in the provided bucket in the backyard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

You will need to complete the ID verification to book the property. No extra guests allowed at the property w/out host approval
Quiet hours are 10 PM-8 AM. Subject to a FINE of $400 if the neighbors complain of excessive noise. No campers, RVs, or buses are parked at the house
No persistent barking dogs in the backyard. Clean up all messes made by pets( $50 fee if not picked up). NO pets on the furniture.
