This was our second time at this facility. Staff was friendly as usual. Love having a washer and dryer in the unit. Cons: vents in all rooms were very dusty. There was a lot of dog poop around the property.

بدايتاً من الاستقبال كانت موظفة الاستقبال وقت تسجيل الدخول تعاملها جدا سيء ثانيا المصاعد والممرات لها رائحه سيئه اطلاله الغرفة كانت جدا سيئه وتم التواصل مع الموظفين لتغير الغرفه لكن تم رفض ذلك، دوراة المياة وقت تسجيل الدخول لايوجد في دوراة المياه مستلزمات دوراة المياة مثل الشامبو وبقيه المستلزمات وتم طلبها من قبل الفندق لكن تم رفض تزويدنا بها الا في اليوم التالي عموما الفندق غير مهيأ لاستقبال الضيوف كفندق هو يعتبر سكن سنوي او نصف سنوي عموما اسوء تجربه لي في امريكا

The night we checked in set the tone for the trip. The first thing we noticed was a strong smell in the room. We asked for a room change but were told none were available so we went out to buy air freshener and “moved in.” The room was FILTHY! It was 10pm. We just wanted to go to bed and, instead, I started cleaning. There were used/unwashed pans in the cupboard, the drawer handles were sticky, the floors and the walls were gross. Thankfully, the bed sheets seemed clean so after cleaning we were able to go to sleep. We chose this place because we wanted a full kitchenette to cook in. We never did cook in there because I was grossed out. The upside - the manager was very responsive when we spoke the next day. We asked for a cleaning and he did. I appreciated his response, but the stay was already ruined. If we would have had other reasonable options, we would have left but we had no other place that would work for us. I would never stay here again.

Everything was great except for WIFI, which never worked with code verified twice. But good location, very clean, quiet, and it was great having small kitchen to cook a bit and save money not eating out every meal.

Overall experience was definitely 👌 💯 🔥 I suggest that you get an Hdmi to Phone adapter for the smart TVs since they are only hard wired to the direct tv services installed for a wider Movie/television selection on your downtime. I liked staying therr. The front office staff are nice...and they clean the apartments and mop the floors. Im can day im impressed. I would recommend their hotel side or their apartment side. The 1 bedroom o stayed in for several months was great. Washer and dryer in the apartment. 👍 If i had anything bad to say would be the walls are thin, you can literally hear the people in the next room. Aaron, Amanda, Max and the overnight young man are all awesome. The cleaning guy who cleaned my room a few times always did a great job. I highly recommend this place. 👍 They have a accessable rooms on the first floor.

Loved our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at WaterWalk. Very clean. Stocked with laundry and dish washer supplies; coffee; salt n pepper; dishes, pots n pans etc. Staff were super friendly. Walls are thin so can hear some noise from other units. On our last day the elevator broke down. HARD-to-get part so it will be down for a couple of weeks possibly. (Today is april 15) . We were on 2nd so not a big deal. I feel sorry for the cleaning staff…leave a big tip if you go! I’d stay again. It felt homey.
