What a great place to stay! Everything was well-stocked and squeaky clean. We loved the Aveda toiletries. We walked everywhere - grocery store, great restaurants, yoga and Voodoo Doughnuts (don't skip this!!). We highly recommend this great space!

The house is in excellent condition in the heart of the Bakers neighborhood (which is where our daughter lives). The house is very convenient for people with little kids - a safety gate blocking the stairs, a highchair and baby toys. This allowed us to bring our granddaughter a couple of times during the day and have great time. The hosts were very responsive.
Had a great stay in Denver in the Newly Built Guest House. It's near our family so we've stayed here 3 times now! It works out well. Thanks for sharing your space!
Stayed with some family to experience South Broadway. This apartment was the perfect size, was in a great location, and was immaculate. Would stay here again in a heart beat and can't recommend it enough.
Seems like the owners take really great care of the space and it shows.
We are a couple in our 60's. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurant/bars, plus we were within a 20 minute walk of the train stop. Uber/Lyft were readily available, and everything we needed was within a short drive. VRBO is a little deceiving, because you enter through an alley, but it's a very comfortable, quiet 1-BR bungalow. Enjoyed our time in Denver!

Very clean, bright, cozy but spacious and had everything we needed! Parking seemed like it was going to be iffy, but we always found a place really close to the house. The location was great and we would stay there again!

This unit is very well appointed and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is superb! It’s a 5 min walk to all the amazing restaurants and bars on Broadway. We will be coming back soon!
Great property! Very clean and modern. Heat /AC were controlled via remote controls and took a bit to figure out. Same with the window shades. Otherwise very happy with out stay.
This unit is just as advertised, clean and cozy. The sky lights let in such great natural light and don't impact me in the morning since I try to be up before the sun anyways. For those looking to sleep in, just pack an eye mask!
The owners are very friendly and the location is great if you're looking for walking distance to some of Denver's greatest spots while also being safely tucked away into a neighborhood.

We stayed at this Baker vacation home in July. Everything was wonderful. The property’s description had been very accurate and absolutely everything about it was great. I had several questions while there and the owner always provided immediate responses.
Lovely, modern, and spotless apartment in the Baker neighborhood of Denver
Visiting our two adult daughters in Denver, we needed a place that was close to both of them, and this peaceful accommodation was perfect! Being above the owner’s garage behind their back yard worried me, in terms of privacy, but our entrance was from the alley, and we never felt like we were bothering the homeowners or they us. All in all, it was a perfect solution to our needs, and I would not change a thing!

very beautiful place, most surfaces were spotless, minus some marks on the walls (i was worried we could be blamed for it) pretty and comfortable bathroom and bedroom, and a good lock/camera system to feel a little safer. The vaulted ceilings made it feel sooooo big! the cabinetry and counters were gorgeous.
Overall our stay was awesome. Check in and check out was seamless. Although the parking pass was missing we were still able to park around the neighborhood.
Relative location was great just a bit confusing with the entrance listed as an alley, especially late at night when we arrived.
The only real issue was the wifi. WiFi was either weak or not working however we managed without it.
We stayed with our 10 month old daughter. Ended up bringing a pack and play b it they had two already there and a peanut for changing which was so awesome and unexpected !
Everything was clean and beautiful and the coffee was delicious when we made it in house one day.
Would def stay at again
Bedroom is super bright in the morning with a skylight that you cannot block. Bedroom is also over garage with thin walls, you will hear talking, garage doors open and close and will wake you off you're a light sleeper. Shower hot water started to fade after a few minutes so be quick. Heat units took a while to warm the space and initially didn't seem like they were working once you turned them on. TV over the air channels didn't have adequate signal so you're left with streaming apps that are on the Samsung.
Otherwise the location is great and walkable to South Broadway
Enjoyed the stay. Felt very at home and everything was new. Bed was comfortable and the apartment cooled down quickly after turning the A/C on. Also, very convenient for walking to restaurants or to get groceries. Would definitely stay here again.
