We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Nestled in a secure, family-friendly neighborhood, this delightful home is just steps from the Ralston Creek Trail, a scenic 12-mile path linking to top-rated parks and historic sites. You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for activities and sights in the area, your hosts are readily available to assist you via booking app, phone or text. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Designed for families and groups, this spacious home accommodates up to 13 guests across five bedrooms. Four private bedrooms are located upstairs, each offering soft linens, extra blankets, and calming space to recharge. Downstairs, a suite with twin XL Murphy beds separated by curtains provides flexible sleeping options, and an additional air mattress adds convenience for larger groups. With 3.5 bathrooms, including a master ensuite and a full bath on every level, everyone has room to refresh and prepare for the day.

Entertainment and relaxation
Movie nights come alive in your private theater room with a 75-inch Smart TV and reclining sofas. Challenge friends in the game room featuring an Xbox, Oculus VR, Nintendo 64, air hockey, and arcade games like Pac-Man and Star Wars pinball. Outside, the backyard oasis includes a 10-person hot tub, fire pit, and comfortable outdoor furniture perfect for gatherings or quiet moments. A record player, sound system, and board games set the mood for cozy evenings in.

Work and wellness
For those blending travel and productivity, two dedicated workspaces with natural light and fast WiFi make it easy to stay connected. The home gym offers a punching bag, weights, rowing machine, and yoga mats, while nearby walking and biking trails provide a scenic outlet for exercise and reflection.

Kitchen and dining
The open kitchen invites shared meals and conversation, fully equipped with cooking basics, appliances, and a dining table for twelve. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before a hike or hosting a relaxed dinner, everything you need is close at hand. Step outside to the BBQ grill and patio dining area for a casual cookout under the evening sky.

Families will find thoughtful touches throughout, from a high chair and Pack ’n Play to a crib, baby bath, and children’s books and toys. Safety features like table corner guards, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and exterior security cameras offer peace of mind during your stay.

Neighborhood and location
Located in a secure, family-friendly neighborhood, the home sits just steps from Ralston Creek Trail and minutes from Olde Town Arvada’s dining, shops, and cafés. Denver’s top attractions, Golden’s historic sites, and mountain adventures are all within an easy drive, making this an ideal base for exploration and relaxation alike.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
