Great place for the price point! The place was clean and in a great area. We loved that they had cold water in the fridge, the tv programmed for Netflix, and so many towels for the bathroom! You could hear the footsteps above and you couldn’t control the air conditioning downstairs but there were plenty of fans to help cool things down. This was great for a weekend trip.

Nice basement apartment north of Denver center. On street parking available, the apartment was clean and well stocked upon our arrival. All appliances etc worked well. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. I'd recommend for a couple or 3 people. We stayed for a long weekend in Denver. Close to highways, so easy to get around by car. Close to a nice park in a quiet residential area.

Appealing Denver Area Stay
The owner was very pleasant, accommodating, and thorough. The setting was lovely, with garden areas. The apartment was attractive, clean, and neat. Refrigerated water, fruit, and some grocery incidentals were provided, as well as plenty of towels and bathing incidentals. All-in-all it was the best owner-hosted stay of this kind that I have encountered. Thank you to the owner for making our stay so enjoyable!

Perfect location
It was a great central location for all of the excursions we wanted to do in Colorado. The rental was very clean and cozy and the washer and dryer were definitely a plus! I loved sitting outside, drinking my coffee and writing. I could smell all the flowers when we were coming and going.

Convenient location.
Convenient location for access to downtown Denver, Fort Collins, Golden etc, in quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean, and well stocked. Rigo is extremely accommodating and helpful. Great to be sit outside with beautiful morning sun exposure.

Great Denver Location
We were in town to see Taylor Swift this was a fantastic location for that 10 Minutes downtown to anywhere, as well as we were visiting our daughters new Campus at CU Boulder only 30 minutes away for that as well close to HWY 36. The host Rigo had the fridge,stocked with an arrival snack and drinks he was very pleasant. The place was very clean,and had anything you needed was quiet,and safe. The dogs will greet you behind the fence with a bark but they did not bother us at all.

It felt like being home. Everything you'd think to need or may have forgotten to bring was stocked. It was spotless and very well organized. Great location and all major delivery services were available. The amenities were terrific and so very thoughtful. The homeowner was great with communication, as well. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect Denver location for all the hot spots!
There were 4 of us. My husband and I and my sister and her husband. We came to Denver from the western slope of Colorado and South of Colorado Springs. We went to Denver to go to Elitch Gardens water park and the Jurassic World exhibit. This location was perfect! Basically down one long street to Elitches! We also found this hip eatery nearby called Avanti! This place is in a quiet neighborhood and this unit is chic and cozy! There was space for all 4 of us to sit comfortably and watch a movie. The bathroom was large and had plenty of drying racks and hanging hocks (a pet peeve of mine). When we arrived there was a bottle of wine and a charcuterie platter. The fridge is also stocked with lots of fun drinks. There is a Nespresso machine and lots of pod choices. So creamy! They also supply creamer because those pods are stout! There were robes, plenty of towels, all the toiletries a traveler could need! I could gladly live here. The owner is very nice and communicates great! The two dogs are so friendly and the one named Echo plays fetch with you. He has a tennis ball that he kicks under the gate to you. Sometimes it bounces down the stairs. We had so much fun here and we honestly can’t wait to come back. Our new home away from home.

Fantastic apartment
The apartment was neat, clean & very spacious. The owner provided us with many snacks and fruit and the kitchen had most of the essentials that we needed. Renters should be aware that the apartment is not walkable to restaurants and shops, but the drive to Denver was only about 20 minutes.

Rental was close to all the downtown Denver activities we had planned. Host had fridge packed with snacks and beverages. Checking in and out was simple and we had good communication with the host. Kitchen had the basics for cooking. This is a basement property and the host lives on site so creaking of floors in the mornings could be heard.

Great place
We really enjoyed our stay. The host is very accommodating and I highly recommend this place. It is located in an old, quiet neighborhood, yet minutes away from trendy shops and restaurants. It has been tastefully remodeled and stocked with everything you need for vacation. When we arrived, we were greeted with a charcuterie board and fresh flowers. The fridge was stocked with bottled water, sparkling water and wine. The bathroom is stocked with shampoos, conditioners, bath wash and soft fluffy towels. About half way through our week, he contacted us to see if we needed refills on anything which was very gracious.

clean and bright basement unit
A lovely little basement unit, super clean and bright for a lower level apartment. Roger was a good contact , we used the messages on VRBO app and text to stay in touch. A very pleasant a tasty surprise to find a cheese and cracker plate in the fridge to welcome us. A couple of well mannered dogs on property , no issues with them at all. Overall a great couple of days of rest, convenient to key highways to get around town.

Perfect stay for our weekend trip
We had a great experience at this friendly, bright, thoughtfully prepared apartment. The apartment was clean, there was an abundance of fluffy, fresh towels and the beds were soft and cozy. Snacks and drinks welcomed us in the tidy, well-stocked kitchen. I enjoyed the access to an outside sitting area. We were moments away from our planned activities in downtown and surrounding areas. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and we were a 5 min walk from a large park with a playground. It's one of the nicest vrbo's I've stayed at.
