It is a three-story, 4 bedroom 3 & 1/2 bathroom house. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or dinner with a sun-set mountain view on the patio. - Unauthorized late check-outs are not allowed and will be subject to charges (prorated 2x daily rate. - We cannot accommodate any pets or animals.

- Take shower before hot tub use. - No food or drink in the hot tub. - During snow season Snow shovel will be provided to guest to clean as needed.
