We picked this place to be near our grandkids during the Christmas holidays. It was within walking distance but offered so much more. Very walkable and found grocery store, shopping, movie theater, and restaurants all to be in walking distance.
This is the third time we have stayed at this property. It’s one of our favorites. The property is conveniently located to our needs, nicely decorated, clean, in good condition, comfortable, well-equipped, and secure. All the comforts of home and true to its representations.
The house was nice and comfortable for our trip out to Denver for my daughters softball tournament. Everything in the house was as described and it was centrally located.
This was a great place for me and my family to stay. I found it to be one of the nicer areas in Denver. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. It fit our family of 5 nicely. The surrounding pools were a fun addition. We would definitely stay here again!!
This property is clean, modern, comfortable, conveniently located to restaurants and access to other destinations, and the owner is extremely polite and responsive.
I am beyond satisfied with everything surrounding my trip and stay! Julie was amazing and very responsive throughout the entire process. The property was everything that it was advertised as and more! I truly felt home away from home. I will definitely hold this gem in my back pocket for future trips.
We spent a week at Julie's place and absolutely loved it. The house was clean, spacious and had the outdoor patio space which was fun, but most importantly my husband and I were able to work from there for an entire week. Honestly, I wish I could've stayed for the rest of my WFH experience (Wifi was great, enough space for us to spread out our work stations, and close enough to our family in Denver and Centennial that we were able to see them in the evenings). All around a great experience!
Clean, convenient, secure, and well appointed. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. The condo has three levels so there are obviously steps which was not an issue for us but could be for some. It is also located on a busy street and there is some road noise to deal with. Short 10 minute drive to downtown Denver so very convenient. Overall a great place to stay.
This property was great. The house was in a central, very accessible location near restaurants, stores, highways, etc. It was in very clean/modern condition and quickly felt like home. It was so enjoyable to cook meals in the well-appointed and beautiful kitchen.
Julie was very responsive and helpful with any minor issues encountered.
As was indicated in the ad, this might be a tough place for anyone who struggles with stairs (since there are 3 stories), but for most everyone else it would be a great place to relax and get away! I was sad to have to leave!
Ok.....Julie is simply AMAZING!! If there is a way to make the process simpler, they are keeping it under lock and key!! Every.Single.Time I contacted Julie in regards to anything she responded immediately. The property itself was wonderful. What you see in the photos is EXACTLY what you get. Now....the drawbacks.... they forgot to unlock the iron and ironing board! Lol!! We would and will stay at this property again, 5 stars!!!!
Staying at this property made our family vacation so much more relaxing! Julie was very easy to get a hold of and friendly/accommodating! I would highly recommend and would stay again. We were comfortable and loved the time we got to spend in the house!
Truly enjoyed our stay. Home was comfortable and spacious. We had good family time in the living room area watching movies. In addition, the host left a folder with “things to do” in the area and we went to the wildlife reserve. Excellent location…close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay, property was clean. Beds were extremely comfortable which is huge to me. Kitchen had everything we needed. Kids loved the spacious master shower. The location was close to restaurants shops and movie theater. I also frlt safe in this location. If you want to swim, there is a fee at the ounity pools but there are several to choose from.
