    This centrally located unit is in Denver's vibrant Baker neighborhood, known for its historic charm and modern vibe. You’ll be within walking distance of South Broadway’s nightlife, dining, and shops, as well as close to downtown attractions like museums and restaurants. After exploring the city, return to your cozy retreat for a peaceful evening.

The property is great in a perfect location for access downtown. The property reminded me of many flats I have stayed in, in Europe with wall and roof angles that give the property real character. I would definitely stay here again. I do have one warning for those that have mobility issues, you need to walk up the equivelent of 3 flights of stairs to reach the property so carrying your bag up could be challenging.

Everything was great! Loved the location, cleanliness, and communication. Certainly would stay again. The only “warning” is that this is definitely not meant for tall people as most of the ceiling is slanted and we had to bend over in the bathroom and bedroom.

The attic apartment space is quaint. The instructions to park your vehicle was clear and understandable. For other people thinking of booking the property for the future, please keep in mind it is staircase access only to the apartment. The steps leading to the apartment are steep and about 3 stories high. Something to consider traveling with a lot of luggage or alone. Additionally, if you are a tall person there will be portions of the apartment where you will not be fully able to stand (the bathroom)

Clean, stylish and convenient property in the Baker neighborhood of Denver. The space was bright and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our two dogs traveled with us and enjoyed the walk ability of the surrounding areas. ONE THING TO NOTE: This is an attic level apartment and there is a rather steep 37 step staircase to climb/descend to enter and exit the property. Additionally, if you’re over 6 ft, the bathroom ceiling might be a little short on one side of the room. These things were manageable as long as you’re okay with stairs, and we had a lovely stay.

Lovely upstairs suite!

Really lovely as shown in the photos. Renters should know that to access, you have to take exterior stairs that are not recommended if you have a fear of heights. They felt sturdy and had heated pads to reduce slipping. We were just fine but my scaredy dog would have needed to be carried if I brought him.Location was great but also loud if you haven't spent time in a city recently, so bring earplugs if you need them. Sirens, trains, etc. The house itself was quiet and peaceful with a parking spot. Anywhere in Denver or any city will be loud. Great communication with the host!5 stars but could be even better if the WiFi was given at check in (I asked for it, all good) and if the bedrooms had white noise machines.

Wonderful space in a great neighborhood

We loved our stay. The apartment is great for a couple or two adults traveling together. It's clean, modern, and a wonderful place to recharge after spending the day exploring Denver and the mountains. A few notes if you are considering staying here: * The climb to the apartment is a steep 37-step staircase along the side of the house. But at the top, you can see the Rockies through the treetops. * If you are tall or used to sleeping in a king-size bed, you might find the beds small. * The space is an attic apartment, so the ceilings are slanted on the side. If you are tall, you will have to watch your head -- especially in the bathroom. Overall, though, it's a great vacation rental and the owner is very nice and accessible.

This property hit all of our needs for a four day, 3 girls trip! Only hiccup was the outside staircase leading to entrance was lacking a handrail and difficult to maneuver with luggage.
