Great house close to Red Rocks

We enjoyed the property and would stay again for a concert at Red Rocks. It was close to everything, so per clean and comfortable.

Beautiful house, perfect for our stay

Julia is awesome! Her house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay! Our boys, 7 and 2, enjoyed the front and back yard spaces. We loved that both areas were fenced in. Both spaces are well manicured and the grass is so soft. Really great spaces to enjoy coffee or a meal any time of the day. There is also a driveway to park a vehicle which is always nice. Overall a wonderful place with a fantastic host!

Everything about this house was great, from the owner communication to the location. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The location was central to everything we did the the Denver area. Would recommend a 1000%!!

Great house, very welcoming

We loved staying at this property. It was clean and charming and very well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We particularly liked the comfortable beds and good showers. We would definitely recommend this property, and will stay here again on our next trip.

Beautiful Property

This is the best VRBO property I’ve stayed at. Julia, the property owner has thought of everything. The outdoor space is just wonderful including a nice fire pit.

Great house!

The house was perfect for us! As a fellow short term rental host, I am pretty aware when things are not up to snuff. Our host did everything right, and we very much enjoyed our stay there. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Base Camp!

With music to see in Louisville and at Red Rocks, we needed a place big enough to serve as a 'base camp' for us and our friends. This place was perfect! Well layout for our party of 6, plus a great back yard set up gave us great downtime between outings! I would highly recommend it.

Great stay and location

This house was perfect for our family to stay while visiting relatives in Broomfield. The layout of the house with bedrooms on the main and lower levels worked well for us. The backyard was awesome for kids to run around and the location was convenient. Everything was clean and well kept. We loved having a coffee machine stocked and ready to go along with welcome snacks. Thanks for a great stay- we will be back!

CU BOULDER FAMILIES BOOK NOW!

We were here for graduation and this house was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, and in an excellent location with easy all highway access, less than 30 minutes to CU. The host communicated clearly and quickly. The outdoor space was beautiful with a grill and fire pit. The price was unbeatable. It was very comfortable for two sets of grandparents, mom and dad, and our teenage son. We only wish we had found it four years ago. Book it and you will not regret it.

Extremely comforable and peaceful stay

The house is beautiful, with a wonderful covered back patio with furniture (plus a side patio with table and grill). An excellent and well equipped kitchen. A block to the park by Hidden Lake for a nice walk. Easy access to the train at Sheridan, and very easy to get downtown by car.

Easy access to everything. The house was perfect. Wish we could have spent some time outside in the cute backyard but we were busy and it was a little windy while we were there. I would stay there again.

Excellent and comfy place!

It was a good place to stay. Everything is clean and worked very good. There are 4 rooms, and since the heating is controlled for all the house… one room is a little hot and other room is a little cold. The rest of the house wow! I loved it
