This second story condo has 2 large bedrooms on the main floor, each with its own walk-in closet, full bathroom, and private balcony. This is our second stay at one of Ethan’s condos. His condos have everything you could possibly need. The condo was clean, had soft sheets and comfy beds, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is in a great location about ten minutes from a Whole Foods, Costco, and Trader Joe’s. It is about 30 minutes from downtown. If you are traveling for CCRM highly recommend for a comfortable medical stay. We will only book our Denver stays through Ethan because we know we are going to have a great, clean space.

We were happy with the home, downfall was parking with a big truck and trailer needs to be outside the subdivision on the main road which is a short 10 min walk. We were pretty tired and could have used the hot tub but it was not working and under repair. If needing into the pool area use white fobs provided on keys. Allow time to wash sheets before leaving the condo. Overall was a nice place, and owner was
