Fantastic Stay
We were in town for a family funeral, and this was our first time using a rental. From the beginning, the communication with the host was great. Upon arrival, we were provided the code to the unit and had contactless check in. The unit itself is attached to the main house. It’s a “mother in law” suite to the main house. It’s is extremely comfortable and the host provided everything you might need. The kitchen area is a kitchenette with no stove, but full size fridge and microwave. The bedroom and bathroom were also very nice and spacious. There is a washer/dryer combo and detergent provided. The location is in a newer neighborhood close to highways, stores and restaurants. The parking is street parking right in front of the unit. The location/neighborhood has several walking trails and parks. It is approximately 20 mins from downtown Denver without traffic. We very much enjoyed our stay and our first rental in Denver. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Highly recommend
The rental was perfect! Highly recommend. Newer construction with all of the necessary amenities. Owner was super responsive. Perfect area for shopping, food, walks, etc. If I was forced to give constructive feedback it would be to upgrade the bed. It wasn’t terrible by any means, just could be better + more towels & wash clothes.

Very nice property but no stove
We had a great stay at this property. Great location with walking trails and parks galore! Beautiful views of the majestic Rocky Mountains as well. My only wish is that I would have read the property description more thoroughly before booking. I didn't realize that the unit did not have a stove for cooking until we arrived (there is a microwave). We stayed 16 days and had to eat most of our meals at restaurants which got expensive. This is not the fault of the property; I just didn't do my homework.

Just not right for our needs.
We picked this property for its proximity to some music shows we attend every year in Denver. The apartment was clean and the host kindly let us checking in a few hours early. The kitchen was inadequate for our needs. The owner did provide a Keurig machine and pods. There was a toaster oven that didn't heat anything and we were concerned that it might set off the fire alarm. One cheap knife. Two cracked tumblers. No way to scramble an egg or access to a BBQ. Plan on eating out or Uber eats. The first 2 mornings were were awakened to a mechanical dirt packer and landscaping outside our window accompanied by techno music on a boom box when the owners left for a few hours. The third morning was a leaf blower. The owners also have a large dog that barks. I'm sure that this property would be wonderful for someone traveling for work in the area or looking to be out all day. But it was the wrong choice for looking for quiet between show.

Worked perfectly!
We stayed for three weeks as we navigated moving to the area. It worked very well. Host was super fast with anything we needed. Made sure I had excellent Internet for recording a podcast. Overall, very happy with our decision to stay here. Pro Tip: if the bright light in the bathroom is too much in the middle of the night, cover it with one of the big gray pillows. :)

Nice, comfy space
Nice townhome, super comfy bed and couch, Lindsay was very responsive and allowed a late check out which was SO appreciated given our circumstances. We also had our bikes and there are miles and miles of trails that go through beautiful parks and fields right across the street from the house.

Great location.
This place has nearly everything. Great location to the airport, beautiful walking area right out the front door, excellent bed, great room with TV. 2 downsides. No stove to cook if staying any length of time and although the family is super nice it was super loud. Family gatherings right on the other side of the door and kids screaming in the middle of the night made the stay a little unpeaceful after a long day. Otherwise great place.

The place was great.
The location of the property was ideal. The place was very well kept and comfortable! You get a homey feeling when you’re not so close to home. As the other reviews mention the only “ Con” about this property is the shared space. You will hear their dogs and occasionally the home owners telling them to “ shhhh” it wasn’t so bothersome to us considering we are early risers. That would be my only thing I’d recommend to consider when booking this space. Other than that it’s excellent.

Neighborhood is new and nice!
This property was very nice and clean. The hosts are very attentive to your needs. It was located near lots of shops and restaurants. The only thing that was uncomfortable to me was how thin the walls are. You can hear the hosts and the dog as if they were in your vrbo with you. Besides that, would recommend if that's not an issue for you.

Just Lovely!
Very cozy home away from home. My boyfriend and I visited from VA and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location allowed us to visit Denver, Red Rocks, and the Rocky Mountains. There were also many delicious food options just minutes away. We had all of the amenities we needed and Lindsay was prompt to reply to my questions. Highly recommend this stay!

The place is exactly as stated (clean, great location, good communication with owners), but the problems with the place are: ▪️You can hear the owners ALL THE TIME! Unfortunately, the walls are super thin, so we could always hear them talking, their kids running, the dog barking and I honestly thought the first night we were going to have to go somewhere else. It was constant and sometimes better than other times, but since they live right next door, you will hear them, so not a lot of privacy. ▪️ There are no fans and the thermostat is located in their home to control this space. It was warmer when we went, so it felt odd we had to ask for permission for them to turn the air either down or on. Owners: I would invest in a window unit or fans - they also would help with the noise issue. ▪️ When we pulled out a glass for water, they were all dirty. We would clean with the soap and available sponge but for the owners, I would get a drying rack or wash all of the dishes in your dishwasher to thoroughly clean between people.

Comfortable clean business stay
The apartment was very clean. The shower was great - large and nice pressure. Washer and dryer were very convenient for a business traveler staying the week. The coffee maker didn’t work and there’s no stove or microwave. A tea kettle would have made oatmeal and warm tea a nice addition. Please note this was a nice business stay, but guests can hear owners and family easily in attached house.
