You'll have access to the entire lower floor of the property and your own entrance, which ensures your privacy and comfort. Please note that there is an upper unit on the property and it is owner-occupied. Please note that the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are elderly or have mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the entrance of the unit.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, creating a calm retreat for two more guests. Blackout curtains in both rooms promise restful nights.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a shower-tub combination with essentials provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush towels. A hair dryer and cleaning products are also available, so you can pack light.

Step into your own fully fenced gravel area, a convenient option for pets or a spot of fresh air. While the backyard is reserved for the property owner, the fenced front space gives you outdoor room to enjoy. Parking is simple with one designated garage spot and free street parking nearby.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Installed outside the property monitoring the entrances and backyard. There are no cameras inside the property.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND? Let us know about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, max two dogs. Sorry, no cats.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.
