Please note that there is an upper unit on the property and it is owner-occupied. This suite includes two distinct bedrooms, each designed with rest in mind. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a second 55” TV, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair - perfect for remote workers or digital nomads. The second bedroom includes a plush queen-size bed. Both rooms offer cozy linens and blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

Freshen up in the modern bathroom, complete with a spacious vanity and shower/tub combo. You'll find it stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush towels, as well as a hair dryer for added convenience.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Installed outside the property monitoring the entrances and backyard. There are no cameras inside the property.
BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND? Let us know about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, max two dogs. Sorry, no cats.
NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.
