About the Space:



Escape to a tranquil oasis nestled in a serene neighborhood just moments away from a delightful park offering tennis courts and a playground. Take advantage of our complimentary sports equipment, including tennis and pickleball gear, for some outdoor fun in the sun.



Recharge in our private gym, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a satisfying workout. From a fully-loaded Power Cage and treadmill to free weights and adjustable benches, staying active has never been more convenient. And don't forget to set the mood with your favorite tunes using our Bluetooth-enabled light bulbs.



After pumping some iron, unwind in our cozy barrel steam sauna, infused with soothing essential oils like Eucalyptus or Mint. Then, rejuvenate your body and mind with a refreshing cold plunge, known for its myriad health of benefits.



Rotate between the sauna and cold plunge on a circuit. These "body shocks" have been proven to help with: muscle recovery, skin health, Immune system boost, Improved mental clarity and cognitive function, Weight loss and detoxification, and many other health benefits!



As evening descends, immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature as stars and a moon illuminate the sky and the sounds of the forest provide a soothing backdrop.



End your day with a cinematic experience in our comfortable theater, complete with a 120-inch screen and streaming options like Netflix, HBO, and monthly new releases on Prime Video, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay from start to finish. And for a cozy finale, gather around our s'mores station, roasting marshmallows to golden perfection for a sweet treat under the stars.






The August smart lock is used for seamless, contactless entry. 24-48 hours before your arrival I will send you a code that will give you access for your stay.

Such a cool spot to stay in Denver!! Host has a crib which was such a nice perk, not having to travel with a pack n play! Definitely plan to stay here again!

Family Wedding

We absolutely loved this amazing home! Our family came to Colorado for a wedding and it was the perfect spot us. The place is immaculate and well stocked with nearly everything you can imagine! We loved the special and creative touches seen throughout and especially enjoyed the massage chair. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend this home to others.

Was hosted at this amazing property and you will not regret booking this stay! The interior is beautifully decorated with TONS of cool surprises throughout the home. The movie theater was amazing but the outdoor themed decorations & yard were our favorite part! The sauna and cold plunge are such wonderful additions that you won’t often find in stays - especially so close to Denver! Would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat!

My recent stay at this property was truly exceptional and stands out as the best rental experience I have ever had. The host's responsiveness and attentiveness to any questions or requests I had were remarkable. Not only did he ensure that my birthday celebration was personalized and memorable, but he also went above and beyond to accommodate my friends, creating a magical experience for all of us. The house itself was nothing short of spectacular. The ambiance was a perfect balance of zen and fun, providing a space that was both tranquil and enjoyable to stay in. My friends and I had a fantastic time engaging in activities like chess, poker, and relaxing in the sauna. Every moment spent there was truly delightful, and the feedback from my friends echoes my sentiments – they had an incredible time as well.
