Clean and quiet property , great for families

Property manager was very responsive and even purchased a couple feather free comforters to help our allergy situation. Highly recommend this for family and nice location and quiet area.

My parents and I stayed at Centennial House for a week. Great location, restaurants and grocery store near by. Had a few minor issues in check in, the host Nathan remedied immediately. House was very comfortable, enjoyable for eveyone!

Lovely and convenient

The house was lovely with homey decor. The kitchen was very clean and nice. The location was convenient for me and my family. I highly recommend this property to stay at. I very much appreciated the bathrooms and how there were hair ties and makeup remover. I loved how the bedroom had Roku tv. Great home

Our family was in Denver for Christmas and Nathan's home was a perfect place for our overflow family to stay. Clean and appropriately stocked, it was what we needed. There was a challenge with the gas fireplace, and Nathan communicated and did all he could to find a work-around solution. Couldn't ask for more. Great place and we would stay there again.

Beautiful Home in Centennial

This home was clean, updated, cozy, and stocked with all the necessities and even lots of extras!! We flew in for a wedding and to do some hiking/see the mountains. I was very happy to discover an iron/ironing board for our wedding clothes! Kitchen was stocked with coffee supplies and even had oil/spices, etc. Loved the downstairs living room for just hanging out after our days spent exploring. It sure became our home away from home!

Convenient and Charming Decor

The property was impressive, the decor stunned me with how lovely the furniture was. The beds were so comfy and it made my daughter not want leave the house. I don’t usually repeat properties to stay at but I would love to return here in the future since the location was also very convenient for me. Extended Weekend Stay

We stayed at this charming 5-star, 4-bedroom home recently to attend a family wedding. The location of this home was perfect for us (bonus, there’s a Starbucks and a grocery store within walking distance). This home is decorated beautifully, the beds/bedding so comfortable and the home was spotless. We loved hanging out in the living room area downstairs, visiting and watching football. Our host, Nathan was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home for your Colorado visit.

Good location and everything you need to cook or grill

We had 5 adults during our stay in Denver. The location is good because it is outside Denver and the traffic is not as bad as the downtown area. It still has plenty of restaurants to choose from without all the hassle of downtown. It has a gas grill that worked well on our steaks and the cookware to make the sides. Nathan and was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Special Centennial Home

The Centennial Home was perfect for our family wedding weekend. The location was good, we liked being within walking range to the grocery store. The home was stocked with everything we needed; coffee, tea and other cooking items. Little things were nice such as luggage racks and extra blankets. The layout of the home is great! Nathan was extremely helpful and quick to respond. My only note is that the king beds are extra firm. We would stay here again!

Fantastic - absolutely a 5 star property

I cannot imagine this lovely house ever getting less than a 5 star review. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable, quality furniture in the bedrooms and living areas, and two separate areas for the family to gather. All the appliances work perfectly and you can see that a lot of attention has been given to guests having an exceptionally good stay. The house has a wonderful, fully gated garden with a bbq and picnic table. Also a two car garage that makes parking in the winter so much easier. Management was excellent, checking in to see if we needed anything. This is the model vrbo home - it doesn't get any better than this.
