Rooftop Hot Tub: Soak in style in a top-of-the-line Hot Springs hot tub with ergonomic massage jets, colored lighting, and breathtaking mountain views. With seating for four, it’s the ideal spot to relax under the stars.



Indoor & Outdoor Fireplaces: Cozy up by one of three gas fireplaces—indoors in the living room, outdoors by the pool, or on the rooftop next to the hot tub. Each offers a unique ambiance, whether you’re drying off after a swim or enjoying a quiet evening with loved ones.



Outdoor Kitchen & Dining: Entertain in style with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill, dual burners, a keg tap, and dedicated beverage fridges. Gather around the expandable dining table for 10 or enjoy drinks by the fire pit with seating for six.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms



Each of the four bedrooms is designed with its own monochromatic theme, creating a unique and luxurious retreat for every guest:

- Master Suite: A serene green oasis with a king bed, oversized bathtub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

- Yellow Bedroom: Bright and cozy, featuring a queen bed and cheerful decor.

- Red Bedroom: Sophisticated and bold, with a king bed and rich accents.

- Blue Bedroom: A tranquil escape on the basement level, complete with a queen bed and built-in bookshelves.

- Loft/Bonus Bedroom 5: Flexible and private, this third-story space features a twin mattress (converted from a faux leather couch) and floor-to-ceiling curtains for added privacy.



With five bathrooms (including a Jack-and-Jill-style ensuite in the master and a half bath on the main level), your group will never wait in line.



Outdoor Living



This home is designed for outdoor enjoyment! The front porch offers a peaceful retreat with a two-person swinging bench—perfect for sipping coffee and soaking in the morning sun. Then, throughout the rest of the day, discover two other gorgeous outdoor spaces, from the heated lap pool and fire pit in the backyard to the hot tub and outdoor kitchen on the indoor/outdoor roof level.



Location



Situated on a quiet, non-through street, this home is your private retreat while still being just minutes away from Denver’s best attractions. Bike around Sloans Lake, dine in LoHi, catch a game at Ball Arena/Mile High Stadium, or venture west to Golden and the mountains—all within 20 minutes. Please note, this is a residential neighborhood with many longtime homeowners. You can rest assured that there will not be any loud parties or disturbances in your surroundings during your stay, and the expectation is that your group will help maintain that peace and quiet, in turn.



A note from your host:

I am available 24/7 to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, please get in touch with me via the app or by giving me a call! I'm happy to arrange activities, reservations, or anything else that you might want to experience on your trip. My number one priority is making sure you have the best time possible while staying in my home. Also, both early check in and late checkout are available available upon request! Guest Access:

The entire inside of the home is at your disposal! Please feel free to spread out and enjoy over 3250 square feet of living space during your stay. The closet in the hall by the washing machine is filled with extra linens, bedding, and pillows for your comfort. Similarly, the closet next to the kitchen pantry is stocked with cleaning supplies and paper goods that you are welcome to use!
