Welcome to Denver! This upper 2 bedroom and 1 bath features 2 comfortable king beds a full sofa, and a queen air mattress. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all the basic necessities.

Easy access to Elitches, Ball Arena, Mission Ballroom, Denver Zoo, Denver Aquarium, Coors Field, Art Musuem, Denver Musuem, Nature and Science, Cherry Creek Mall, Red Rocks, Meow Wolf, Childrens Museum, Empower Field, Dicks Sporting Arena, VA, Anschutz, Children's Hospital, etc.

This is the upper level of a 2 unit property. Each unit has its own private, separate, entrance. The only shared space is public street parking. There will be a tenant in the unit below you. Please do not disturb other tenants, and do not hesitate to contact the host if you experience any disturbances during your stay.

Cute little house on the outskirts of town

It was great! We brought our working canines and had plants of space for crates. It was clean and not cluttered. Very happy with our stay. The only think we wished was that there was more basic necessities like common seasonings, oil, things like that. Plenty of towels and blankets to use.

Convenient and Good Value

Overall, the property met our needs, was convenient and a good value. I would rent it again. Some suggested improvements are as follows: 1. Install a shower bar for older people to assist in getting in and out of the tub. 2. Add some shelves in the bathroom for personal items. 3. The blinds in each room are worn/broken. 4. The floor sqeaks throughout the house which must irritate the lower tennant. Thanks.

Jeff has a nice property close to a highway and it’s easy to travel to different places of interest easily. The house is really nice and comfortable. Jeff is quick to respond to any concerns or issues. I would recommend staying here.
