I formerly lived in DTC for 10 years and regularly stay at hotels in that area when I'm back in town visiting friends/family. This was my first time at the Fairfield, and I was impressed with the modern room decor, how clean and organized the front lobby was, and how personable and friendly the staff were. It was faultless and I really felt treated. Thank you - will stay again!

I would have gave 5 stars the the front desk person was not hospitable and refused to do anything about others parking in the lot leaving no spaces for guests. Wouldn’t have been that big of deal if they don’t pre charge you $10 a day to park and there are no spaces to park in.

Good value in the Tech Center
good location, clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint was a very noisy upstairs guest that was dancing all night over our heads.

Very clean and updated room with an excellent bathroom and shower for a very reasonable price. The staff were extremely nice and were willing to work with me when my trip was cut short.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing. They were so helpful and one even lent us her personal charging cord since ours wasn't working. She went above and beyond. The room could have been cleaner. A fork was on the floor and a really long hair in the sheets. Otherwise it was great.

Terrible customer service. We live over 6 hours away. Called just over halfway there to inquire about a pack and play. We were told they had overbooked by 3 rooms and would get back to us in 15 minutes. Didn’t hear back from them until we were in their parking lot in which they told us we unfortunately did not have a room. Front desk person was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not willing to let us speak to a manager. When we finally did the manager told us they knew over a week ago they were booked and that this had happened the day before as well. When I asked why they weren’t watching it more closely if it was already an issue all I got was excuses. She said at least they had contacted me to let me know, in which I corrected her and said no I had contacted them and then it took over 3 hours for them to figure out whether or not I had a room. I asked why they weren’t letting people know until 7:30 at night. They did not do anything to help make this right or help get us a room. We were stuck in limbo over 6 hours from home with 2 small children on a holiday weekend.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. The AC unit in our room was not working properly. It started out the night chirping and by the morning was making loud rumbling sounds. It made sleep difficult.

Charges for self parking when you rode in an UBER
the hotel was clean. I didnt eat at the hotel because the conference I was attending was next door and they provided breakfast. Because the conference I was attending was letting out at 1:30 I asked for a late check out of 2pm and they accommodated it and I was thankful. My issue is that as I road to the airport in an Uber that I got an email saying they charged my credit card for 2 nights of self-parking. I did not have a car nor use their parking. I arrived at and left the hotel in an Uber. I call the hotel and they said they were correcting it, but have not yet seen a revision or credit back and will likely have to contest the charge with my credit card.
