It's a super rad place with a modern industrial vibe, updated amenities, and unique interiors, like the incredibly cool dining room table—a masterpiece of repurposed, sustainable furniture. This was once the door to the condo's master bedroom, craftily repurposed into a sleek and stunning Ferrari red dining room table with an epoxy finish and space for 8!
The impressive tangled cords light fixture hanging above the dining room table is also a repurposed work of art created by the owner himself. It was initially a screen security door. Unique pieces of art created by local artists adorn the walls of this super dreamy condo, bringing the eclectic vibe of the artistic RiNo neighborhood indoors for you to enjoy.
The beautiful kitchen has a Scandinavian vibe, with muted colors and functional purposes. It is fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). A coffee maker and local, Boulder-based coffee are provided. There is also a breakfast bar with room for 3.
If you prefer to dine al-fresco, you are in luck! The massive private balcony has comfortable patio furniture and is the best place in town to watch the epic Denver sunrise. Colors of pink and orange will pour into the railings of your patio and provide a serene backdrop for your cityscape view. The balcony also doubles as an outdoor WFH space or as an outdoor workout area.
The living area offers a warm, cozy vibe with the fireplace, a two-piece sofa set, and a Smart TV with streaming apps. It's great for Netflix and chill evenings, or you can use the Locast app for local TV. Card games and puzzles for all ages are also provided for a family fun night.
Off the living room, you will find your corner office, ideally adjacent to floor-to-ceiling windows, stocked full of Vitamin D to power you through your workday.
Rest assured, you will get a fantastic night's sleep during your stay. Each room has new hybrid mattresses and luxe-quality pillows and linens.
